All products are shipped with tracking via Royal Mail postal service for the UK and DHL or DPD for International orders.

Exchange-Only Policy
We at Polensa are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of this commitment, we offer an exchange-only policy for eligible items purchased directly from our store. Please review the following terms and conditions governing exchanges:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
    • Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.) is required for all exchange requests.
  2. Exclusions from Exchange:

    • Certain items, such as sale items, socks and boxers, are not eligible for exchange. Please contact our customer service for clarification.
  3. Process for Exchange:

    • Provide details of the item to be exchanged, along with the reason for the exchange request.
    • Our customer service representative will guide you through the exchange process, including any additional steps or information required.
  4. Conditions for Exchange:

    • If the item for exchange is out of stock or unavailable, we will offer store credit.

  5. Shipping and Handling:
